Rebecca Colley -Jones has over 23 years’ experience of working in resource efficiency and circular economy. An innovative resources management professional she has extensive knowledge of legislation, practical application and delivering effective waste and resources management and sustainable solutions to business in the UK, Europe and internationally. Currently as the Circular Economy lead she is responsible for specialised technical input into WasteAid projects in Cameroon, South Africa, Egypt and the Gambia. She was previously the Circular Economy Project Manager at PCEP developing the Innovation, Collection and Sorting and End Markets working groups. Prior to this she was a senior researcher and PhD candidate on the H2020 project PolyCE at the University of Northampton, assessing the role of Circular Business Models in enabling dematerialisation of plastics in Electrical and Electronic Equipment. She is an expert evaluator and reviewer for the EU in the field of Circular Economy and Resource efficiency Rebecca has an MBA in Environmental Management from Bangor University and is a Chartered Waste Manager and Fellow of CIWM
